
By booking with us you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
- 20% deposit required to secure the property.
- This deposit is not refundable.
- The balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. If
you do not pay the balance within this time, we reserve the right to
cancel your booking.
- If you cancel after your full balance has been paid, we will only
refund you if we can re-let the Lodge. We would strongly advise the
purchase of holiday insurance.
- You may arrive at the lodge anytime after 4pm. If arriving after 7pm
we require a call stating your time of arrival.
- Lodges must be vacated by 10am.
- All lodges are strictly non-smoking.
- The Holiday Let should be maintained in the same condition as when
the holiday commenced. The property and all fitments, furniture, utensils
and equipment etc, must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the
conclusion of the holiday let.
- In order to maintain our high standards all damage and breakages
must be reported and paid for prior to departure.
- Two well behaved dogs are acceptable, however all fouling must
be removed and any damage paid for or rectified. Pets must never be left
unattended in the lodges.
