By booking with us you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. 20% deposit required to secure the property.
  2. This deposit is not refundable.
  3. The balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. If you do not pay the balance within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
  4. If you cancel after your full balance has been paid, we will only refund you if we can re-let the Lodge. We would strongly advise the purchase of holiday insurance.
  5. You may arrive at the lodge anytime after 4pm. If arriving after 7pm we require a call stating your time of arrival.
  6. Lodges must be vacated by 10am.
  7. All lodges are strictly non-smoking.
  8. The Holiday Let should be maintained in the same condition as when the holiday commenced. The property and all fitments, furniture, utensils and equipment etc, must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the holiday let.
  9. In order to maintain our high standards all damage and breakages must be reported and paid for prior to departure.
  10. Two well behaved dogs are acceptable, however all fouling must be removed and any damage paid for or rectified. Pets must never be left unattended in the lodges.
